Bailey's Irish Cake - Monday, March 1 |

This recipe is fabulous!! 1 package Duncan Hines Yellow Cake Mix 1 package instant chocolate pudding 3/4 cup vegetable oil 1/2 cup Bailey's Irish Creme 1/4 cup vodka 1/8 cup water 4 large eggs. For the glaze: 1/4 cup Bailey's Irish Creme 1 cup powdered sugar Preheat over to 350 degrees. Ignore the directions on cake box. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, beat until smooth. Pour into greased and floured 10 inch bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees 40 to 50 minutes |

Just a little insight Every month we will share some things about one member of our team. Peter has been employed at The New Colonies as a Maintenance Technician for 25 years. He is originally from Szaflary, Poland. He travels frequently back to his homeland. Peter loves the mountainous regions of Montana and Colorado. Peter has 3 sisters, four brothers and numerous nieces and nephews. Peter enjoys playing soccer and watching the sports channel. Peter loves pierogies with blueberries. |
