Bailey's Irish Cake - Monday, March 1

This recipe is fabulous!!

1 package Duncan Hines Yellow Cake Mix
1 package instant chocolate pudding
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup Bailey's Irish Creme
1/4 cup vodka
1/8 cup water
4 large eggs.

For the glaze:
1/4 cup Bailey's Irish Creme
1 cup powdered sugar

Preheat over to 350 degrees. Ignore the directions on cake box. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, beat until smooth. Pour into greased and floured 10 inch bundt pan.

Bake at 350 degrees 40 to 50 minutes

Every month we will share some things about one member of our team. Peter has been employed at The New Colonies as a Maintenance Technician for 25 years. He is originally from Szaflary, Poland. He travels frequently back to his homeland. Peter loves the mountainous regions of Montana and Colorado. Peter has 3 sisters, four brothers and numerous nieces and nephews. Peter enjoys playing soccer and watching the sports channel. Peter loves pierogies with blueberries.
